What is the corporate plan?
The corporate plan is a discounted full membership to all Goodlife Fitness clubs across Canada. It includes access to all equipment and workout classes normally available (the only exception are Platinum Clubs – there are only 2 or 3 in Ontario located in Toronto and London).

Be sure to ask for your towel when working out (included in our membership) - you do not get to keep it.
Who is eligible to join?
All employees of Ottawa Fire Services (and Retirees), Ottawa Paramedic Services, Ottawa Police Services, Ottawa Bylaw Services, Ornge Paramedic Services and Frontenac Paramedic Services as well as their family members (significant others, spouses, children over 12) are eligible to join.

NOTE: In some cases, the employee may have joined Goodlife years ago and be paying a fee less than our deal. You do not have to switch to the corporate plan for family members to join in this case.
When can I join?

Members may now join at any time through the online portal. You can opt for either a 1-year membership or a bi-weekly no-commitment payment. There are different fees for these options and differences in the membership (cancellations and membership holds for instance).

Already an existing Goodlife member?

Existing members wishing to join the corporate plan can do so through the online portal similar to new members. You will need your keytag to signup.

Adding a Family Member to the Plan
A significant other, spouse, and children over 12 are permitted to join the Corporate Plan, provided the employee is a member of Goodlife (the employee does not have to be a corporate member - they can be a private member (NEW - I am not sure if this still applies under the new method - please advise if this applies to you and you are unable to have them join).
How do I pay and signup?

This has completely changed for 2020 renewal and will be the same moving forward.

All new members and existing members will have to signup/pay through the online portal.

Your membership will now be linked through your WORK email. The domains @ottawa.ca and @ornge.ca have been pre-approved in the system. If you are eligible for our plan but do not have one of these domains (retirees, Kingston), you will have to contact me and I can provide you with a random unique ID that I have approved in the system that will allow you to join.
